Introduction

Protocol by WRAITH Supplements LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Protocol mobile application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account data: email address, display name
• Health and body composition data: body weight, body fat percentage, recovery metrics, sleep data, daily check-in responses
• Training data: workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, volume
• Apple Health / Google Health Connect data: steps, active calories, sleep, with your permission
• AI conversation data: messages sent to and received from AI coaching personalities
• Body fat photo analysis: photos are processed by AI to estimate body fat percentage. Photos are analyzed and immediately discarded. They are not stored, logged, or shared.
• Device data: push notification tokens, platform, iOS or Android

How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI coaching guidance personalized to your training and recovery data
• To generate daily check-in reviews and post-workout analysis
• To display your training history, trends, and progress
• To send push notifications related to coaching activity
• We do not sell your data
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Protocol:

• Supabase, for database and authentication
• Anthropic, for AI language model processing
• RevenueCat, for subscription management
• Apple HealthKit / Google Health Connect, for health data with your permission
• Expo / EAS, for app delivery infrastructure
• Sentry, for crash reporting

Health Data

Health data collected via Apple HealthKit is not used for advertising purposes and is not shared with third parties for marketing. This data is used solely to provide personalized coaching context within the app.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting privacy@wraithsupplements.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children

Protocol is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
