Profile and account data
Protocol may collect name, email address, user IDs, authentication details, profile fields, preferences, and other information needed to create, manage, secure, and personalize an account.
This policy explains how WRAITH Supplements handles information for the WRAITH website and the Protocol by WRAITH app.
Effective: June 20, 2026
WRAITH may collect information you submit through the website or Protocol app, information generated when you use Protocol, and technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the services.
Questions or requests can be sent to hello@wraithsupplements.com.
Protocol may collect name, email address, user IDs, authentication details, profile fields, preferences, and other information needed to create, manage, secure, and personalize an account.
Protocol may collect workouts, sets, body-weight entries, body-composition entries, recovery logs, check-ins, training programs, supplement logs, and connected health metrics if you choose to provide or connect them.
Protocol may process in-app coach messages, notes, custom training inputs, feedback, and other user-generated content so the app can respond, track progress, and personalize training support.
If you use photo body-composition analysis, Protocol transmits the photo for real-time analysis. The photo is used to return an estimate and is not intended to be stored by WRAITH as a retained photo library.
Protocol may process subscription status, purchase history, entitlement status, and restore-purchase information through app-store and subscription service providers.
WRAITH, the website, Protocol, and their service providers may process app interactions, device or other IDs, diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, IP address, browser data, and usage logs.
Information may be used to operate the website and app, authenticate users, provide app functionality, personalize training support, process subscriptions, analyze app performance, diagnose bugs, prevent fraud, improve security, comply with law, and respond to requests.
WRAITH uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, diagnostics, email delivery, app-store payments, subscription management, and AI-assisted app features. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
WRAITH does not sell personal information. WRAITH does not use Protocol health, fitness, or account data to sell third-party advertising.
Protocol users can request account and associated app-data deletion from inside the app or through the instructions at /protocol/account-deletion/.
WRAITH may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment processing, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Protocol is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Google Play listing settings target users age 18 and older.
This policy may be updated as the website, Protocol app, products, providers, and legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
Deleting a Protocol account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the store account where the purchase was made.
