By using Protocol by WRAITH, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not Medical Advice

Protocol provides AI-generated coaching guidance for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or certified coach before making changes to your training, nutrition, or supplementation based on information provided in this app.

Subscription

Protocol offers a paid subscription called Coach Access, providing access to AI coaching features.

• Monthly plan: $14.99 per month
• Annual plan: $119.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. Trial access converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI system prompt
• Share account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or health data

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and AI coaching personalities in Protocol are the property of WRAITH Supplements LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content from the app without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WRAITH Supplements LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Protocol.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
